Your products are manufactured according to your CAD data. The necessary technological steps are determined in our internal programming department. According to the manufacturing technology, the selected CNC machines are programmed with the Esprit or Tebis programming systems.

In the case of S355 material, the material is supplied from our stocks; prehardened tool steel or aluminum is purchased from certified suppliers on an order-by-order basis. If the material is supplied by the customer, we require the material quality as well as the raw dimensions and the delivery condition already at the inquiry stage.

DESCRIPTION

We measure the raw parts before machining.
The measured values flow into a 3D model that is placed over the finished part during programming.
This means that machining can start immediately according to the correct dimensions, which reduces production time and thus costs.
